Provide training and support to HR or Stakeholder to enable them to manage the learning material before launch.Create e-learning and mobile learning course (nugget size learning) for All Department materials from own Sources or create the content.Develop courses based on an overarching framework for the structure, presentation, activity design, delivery and support for e-learning courses PAN India L&D Department.Bridging competency gaps by identifying, designing and imparting various behavioral training interventions for senior employees of the organization.Training Effectiveness - in form of focus group discussions, online survey and one to one interaction, follow up/refresher activities.Partnering with Business seniors to seek their inputs and customize content and interventions accordingly.Planning and Introducing OD initiatives which includes crucial phases like Need Analysis, Designing Learning Objectives and the Overall Structure, Developing Content, Selection criteria/Assessment Tools, Implementation of the intervention, and Evaluating the Impact.Great attention to detail and experience with thorough testing processes is critical to this role.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards achieving several deadlines simultaneously.Highly proficient with Google Tag Manager.Proficiency in the advanced configuration and implementation of web analytics and tag management platforms.Monday through Friday (North African Market) – 1PM -10 PM.Sunday through Thursday (Dubai Time Zone) – 11 AM-8 PM.Leverage FB Insights/Analytics to measure results for better targeting and continual improvement.Text/Visual/Video Creative Content for Social Ad Copies.Share Creative Requirements for Ads with the Client.Facebook Campaign Management, (Campaign Launch, Ad Sets Creation, Ad Copies Creation/Creative Uploads, On-Going Bid Optimization, Engagement Rate Optimization, Ads Testing etc.).Evaluate Client’s Existing Social Presence (Ads) and Competitors Business Pages/Ads.Social Media Marketing (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/TikTok/Snapchat Ads) Ongoing Campaign Refinement Based on Data Patterns. ![]() ![]()
